Justin Timberlake is coming to Denver this weekend, and it has nothing to do with a concert tour. The pop star is set to walk the runway alongside his niece, Zaya Biel, at a fashion show benefiting people with Down syndrome, trading his usual spotlight for a cause close to his family.

Timberlake will walk with Zaya Biel at the 19th annual Be Beautiful Be Yourself Fashion Show on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2026, according to a release from the Global Down Syndrome Foundation. Zaya Biel is an alumni GLOBAL Ambassador and the niece of Timberlake's wife, actress Jessica Biel, per 98.5 KYGO. The event will take place at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel, with doors opening at 5 p.m. for a cocktail reception and silent auction before dinner, a live auction, the program and the fashion show itself kick off at 6:30 p.m.

Organizers expect more than 1,400 guests for the evening, the same turnout the foundation reported for last year's show. Proceeds from the night support the foundation's research, medical care, education and advocacy work for people with Down syndrome, according to the same release.

A Star-Studded Lineup Joins the Cause

Timberlake isn't the only famous face slated to appear. A September announcement from the foundation named actress Geena Davis and Scrubs star John C. McGinley among those supporting the event alongside Timberlake and Zaya Biel, per 98.5 KYGO's reporting. The foundation's earlier announcement also listed Maria Menounos and Kennedy Garcia as part of the 2026 lineup, with the pair set to receive the Quincy Jones Exceptional Advocacy Award.

The foundation describes the Be Beautiful Be Yourself Fashion Show as the largest Down syndrome fundraiser in the world, now in its 19th year. Last year's 18th annual show, held at the same Denver hotel on Oct. 18, 2025, drew more than 1,400 guests and raised $2.6 million, the foundation reported in its own recap of that event. Twenty-one models with Down syndrome walked the runway alongside celebrity guests that night, according to the foundation.

Nearly Two Decades of Fundraising

Taken together, the fashion show has raised more than $33 million cumulatively since it began, the foundation says. The October release also credits the broader Down syndrome research push with a jump in annual funding, from $18 million in 2009 to $143 million in 2026, with $523 million invested over the past eight years, according to the foundation. GLOBAL additionally attributes a ten-year increase in life expectancy for people with Down syndrome to its research, medical care and advocacy efforts, though that is the foundation's own characterization rather than an independently verified figure.

Timberlake reportedly has a four-part docuseries coming to Apple TV in December, according to 98.5 KYGO, though that detail is separate from Saturday's event in Denver. For now, the focus remains on the runway at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel, where Timberlake and Zaya Biel are set to walk together in support of a cause that has become a fixture of the family's public life.
