A 56-year-old Kissimmee woman has been arrested on a federal complaint accusing her of posting an online threat to kill Donald Trump and his family. Tammy Teresa Williams is accused of making the threat on the day of Trump's planned rally in Daytona Beach, according to federal court records.
According to Florida Politics, the complaint quotes the alleged post as saying, “I am coming to kill off Trump whole entire bloodline!” Investigators say the threat also referenced slaughtering others, and that it was posted under the Facebook username “Eboe Nation.”
Trump was in the Middle District of Florida on October 30 for the planned political rally in Daytona Beach, according to Law&Crime. Trump has survived several assassination attempts.
How Investigators Say They Tracked the Account
Per the criminal complaint, Meta gave the FBI the subscriber information and phone number linked to the Facebook account. The FBI then conducted an open-source query to find the account's IP address, which investigators say was linked to a relative's home in Kissimmee where Williams was staying at the time.
During an interview, Williams reportedly mentioned the name “Eboe” before investigators had disclosed the account name to her, the complaint states. The report notes she made no admissions regarding the threat and otherwise gave non-committal responses. A family friend told law enforcement she was not surprised that Williams had posted inappropriate Facebook comments, while witnesses reported that Williams had been seen talking to herself and had an altercation with her daughter the day before her arrest, according to the same account.
A 2019 Case Resurfaces in Her Background
Court records cited in the report show Williams has a prior criminal case from 2019, when an Orlando police officer noticed her parked in a no-parking zone in the city's Washington Shores neighborhood and smelled marijuana near her car. Officers reportedly found a blunt inside the vehicle, and when the officer ordered her to leave her car and get into his police car, Williams refused, called him a “cracker,” and kicked his leg and hand during a struggle, per the complaint. She pleaded no contest to battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting an officer without violence.
Williams has a detention hearing scheduled for Wednesday, according to court records. The U.S. Department of Justice did not immediately return a message seeking comment Tuesday, and the federal public defender's office does not comment on pending cases, the outlet reported.
Second Arrest Tied to the Same Rally
Williams is the second Florida woman arrested in connection with alleged threats around Trump's Daytona Beach rally. Allison Jeanne Albro, a 21-year-old Daytona Beach resident, was arrested hours before the rally after authorities accused her of threatening on Instagram to shoot Trump with her Glock at the event the following day.
Volusia County Sheriff Mike Chitwood addressed the Albro case directly on social media, writing that Albro “is learning that the hard way” after her post drew a visit from the Volusia Sheriff's Domestic Security Unit and the Secret Service. Williams had a detention hearing scheduled for Wednesday, and Albro was arrested and charged.
