Las Vegas is starting Saturday under clear skies, cool upper-50s temperatures and a forecast that looks more like early fall than November. Sunshine will push the city toward a high near 75 degrees, with no rain expected; stronger winds are expected Friday and Saturday. The bigger wind story is farther south and east, where gusts will remain stronger along the Colorado River.
Sunny Saturday, With A Windy Exception
Winds are expected to be stronger Friday and Saturday. The National Weather Service says the lower Colorado River Valley, including the Laughlin-to-Needles corridor, could see gusts of 20 to 35 mph. That makes Saturday a breezy day for river-area plans.
The latest forecast is a quieter update for the valley than Hoodline's previous weather report, which highlighted stronger weekend breezes. For Las Vegas residents, the practical forecast is simple: cool early, sunny by midmorning and comfortably warm through the afternoon.
The 70s Stick Around Through Veterans Day
Sunday should bring another sunny high near 75, followed by 76 degrees Monday and 76 Tuesday. Veterans Day on Wednesday is also expected to be sunny, with a high near 77. Morning lows are expected to stay in the mid-50s to upper 50s through Tuesday, so a light morning layer still makes sense even while afternoons feel pleasantly warm.
Quiet Week Ahead, With A Pattern Change Later
Dry conditions are expected through Thursday, with highs near 70 Thursday and 74 Friday. The National Weather Service says the broader western pattern could become more active around the middle of November, but the timing and details remain uncertain.
