Perfumes Elite has opened at Dayton Mall in Miami Township, occupying the former MeowZa space beside JCPenney at 2700 Miamisburg Centerville Road, according to WDTN.
The shop sells luxury fragrances for men and women, including brands such as Bvlgari, Jimmy Choo, Lancôme Paris and Versace, WDTN.com reported. The station first reported plans for the retailer in July; the store has since opened.
What Shoppers Can Expect to Find
Dayton Mall described Perfumes Elite as a place for shoppers seeking a signature fragrance, a gift or current fragrance trends, according to the same outlet.
The store fills the space left by MeowZa near JCPenney, adding another retail option to that part of the mall.
Second Location in the Miami Valley
This marks Perfumes Elite's second area location, with the retailer also operating a store at the Mall at Fairfield Commons, as reported by WDTN. The expansion into Dayton Mall gives the fragrance chain a presence on both sides of the region, broadening its reach among Miami Valley shoppers looking for designer scents without a long drive.
A Broader Plan for the Mall Area
A July 2025 Miami Crossing Joint Economic Development District RFP sought proposals to update the 2015 Dayton Mall Area Master Plan, which envisioned transforming the surrounding commercial area into a more walkable, mixed-use township center, according to Miami Township’s Request for Proposals. Miami Township describes its Miami Crossing District Framework as an adaptable, event-driven planning roadmap for the more than 1,000-acre commercial corridor surrounding Dayton Mall, according to the township’s Community Planning page.
