Mirabito Holdings has paid $22.66 million for two more Quicklee's convenience stores in the Rochester area, picking up properties in Henrietta and Webster as it continues gobbling up its smaller regional rival's gas stations and storefronts. The deeds for both deals were filed with the Monroe County Clerk's Office on Friday.

According to Rochester Business Journal, Mirabito paid $11,099,000 to Pemm LLCC, an affiliate of Quicklee's, for the property at 375 Kenneth Road in Henrietta. A separate Quicklee's entity received $11,565,000 for the store at 873 Holt Road in Webster. Together the two purchases give Mirabito eight stores in Monroe County and 14 across the greater Rochester market.

A Binghamton Chain Keeps Growing North

The Binghamton-based company now operates close to 120 locations spread across New York, Pennsylvania and Vermont, the outlet's report notes. Since May, Mirabito has acquired 14 former Quicklee's locations, a buying spree that has steadily reshaped the convenience-store landscape in and around Rochester.

Quicklee's, a family-owned chain founded in 1995 and based in Avon, still has 14 locations of its own, per the same report. That's a steep comedown from the growth the company posted just a year earlier — Quicklee's more than doubled its footprint between 2016 and 2025, expanding to 29 locations across the region through a mix of acquisitions and new builds, according to an earlier Rochester Business Journal account.

Earlier Rounds of Deals Added Up Fast

Earlier Rounds of Deals Added Up Fast This is not Mirabito's first bite at Quicklee's portfolio. A May report from Rochester Business Journal described Quicklee's as having sold close to a dozen of its locations to Mirabito at that time, while CStore Dive reported the same wave of activity as a nine-location acquisition. 13WHAM listed four locations in Rochester, Irondequoit and Gates, plus one each in Perinton, Hamlin, Batavia, Lyons and Nunda.

That May sale also included deeds filed with the Monroe County Clerk's Office, covering a Perinton store on Fairport Road for $2,938,705 and a Rochester location for $1,341,220, Rochester Business Journal reported at the time.

What Changes for Customers

Mirabito has said customers at the acquired stores should expect to see its own branding roll out, along with premium fuel offerings, expanded fresh-food and beverage selections, and new loyalty and payment programs, according to CStore Decisions. The company has also said it plans to evaluate each former Quicklee's site individually to identify opportunities for enhancements, the trade publication reported.

Separately, 13WHAM reported that after the earlier nine-location deal, Quicklee's listed 21 locations remaining, with all but two in the 585 area code — a count that predates the latest Henrietta and Webster sales and the 14-location figure now cited by Rochester Business Journal. Mirabito's growing footprint is expanding its presence across Rochester-area gas pumps and convenience aisles.
