Family Remembers a Caring, Hardworking Son
His family described Larios as patient, kind, funny, reliable, caring and hardworking, and said he loved animals.
Larios's family expressed in a GoFundMe post their belief that his death was a tragic accident — a belief, not an official determination, since the cause of death has not been established.
Police asked anyone with information about the incident to contact the Sacramento Police Department at 916-808-5471, per KCRA's report.
