A 24-year-old man is accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl on a ride at Six Flags Fiesta Texas on Oct. 11, after allegedly lying about his age and tracking her location through Snapchat. Liam Malik McCormick now faces a charge of continuous sexual abuse of two or more victims, and an arrest-warrant affidavit alleges a pattern stretching back three years and across three victims.
According to an affidavit detailed by KSAT, McCormick met the girl at the San Antonio theme park on Oct. 11, 2026, and allegedly sexually assaulted her on an amusement park ride. Investigators say McCormick had told the teen he was 17 years old and had tracked her location through Snapchat. During a forensic interview on Oct. 28, the teen gave a detailed account of the alleged assault, the affidavit says.
The same interview produced another troubling detail: the teen told investigators that McCormick was pursuing other younger juveniles who attend her school, according to the affidavit's account reported by the station. That claim, if accurate, suggests the alleged pattern of targeting minors may not have ended with her.
Affidavit Describes Three Victims Over Three Years
The affidavit alleges that McCormick sexually assaulted three victims between the ages of 13 and 15 over a three-year period across multiple cases, the station's report states. Investigators say he used the same method in each instance — meeting victims through social media before driving to their locations and sexually assaulting them, per the same account.
Investigators also found two other sexual assault cases connected to McCormick predating the Six Flags allegation. One was filed with the Dallas Police Department in May 2023, and another was filed with the Abilene Police Department in August 2024, the outlet reports.
Charge and Bond
McCormick faces a charge of continuous sexual abuse of two or more victims, according to Bexar County court records cited in the report. He is being held on a $200,000 bond, per the same Bexar County records.
Under Texas Penal Code Section 21.02, a person commits the offense of continuous sexual abuse of young children or children if, over a period of 30 or more days, they commit two or more acts of sexual abuse against two or more victims and were at least 17 years old at the time of each act, according to the Texas Legislature. That statutory language describes the elements of the charge itself and does not establish that the allegations against McCormick have been proven.
