A six-condominium community called the Enclave at Augusta has officially entered the market, with the Furman Group of Herlong Sotheby's International Realty listing the first units just a block from the sprawling County Square redevelopment. Construction has already started on the 1,890-square-foot residences, each designed with three bedrooms, three and a half baths, and a two-car garage.
According to Greenville Business Magazine, the project is billed as a boutique collection of architecturally distinctive condominium residences, complete with private rooftop terraces. Interiors are set to include hardwood floors throughout, custom cabinetry, quartz and natural stone countertops, ensuite guest bedrooms, spa-inspired primary suite bathrooms, and designer trim and door packages, per the same report.
A Familiar Name in Greenville's Luxury Market
Patrick Furman, managing broker of Herlong Sotheby's International Realty, is leading the sales effort. The outlet's report notes he previously oversaw the sellout of all 27 residences at the nearby Augusta Row Townhomes community, located just a few blocks from the Enclave at Augusta.
“With Augusta Road Townhomes, we successfully marketed, listed and sold out those properties,” Furman said, according to the report. He added that “Enclave at Augusta is another opportunity to show what we do best.” Furman also said Enclave residents will have access to new dining, shopping, and entertainment less than a block away from the County Square redevelopment, per the same account.
County Square's $1 Billion Transformation Next Door
The Enclave sits a block from County Square, a 40-acre project valued at $1 billion that is being reimagined as a mixed-use district with shops, retail, restaurants and more, Greenville Business Magazine reports. The broader project is entering a long-awaited vertical-construction phase, according to greenvilleonline.com.
Developer RocaPoint has said it completed the new public street grid for the site after excavating rock and installing 21 miles of electrical ducts, as reported by The Post and Courier. That same report notes officials cited a two- to three-year horizon for the project's first phase during an August City Council work session, with plans for 10 mixed-use buildings and three parking decks.
More Housing Rising Around the Redevelopment
County Square's residential footprint keeps expanding. A two-phase plan for 48 new residences at the site was announced in October 2025, and more than 70 townhomes are now planned for the redevelopment's southwestern corner, according to earlier Hoodline coverage of the Atlas at Unity Park launch. Separately, Copper Builders has proposed adding 29 townhomes along Fred Garrett Street to the 48 already approved for the broader Greenville Downtown Redevelopment project, which would bring that total to 77 if approved, per the Upstate Business Journal.
The Enclave at Augusta joins a growing cluster of upscale projects near downtown. At Atlas at Unity Park, 13 luxury townhomes went on the market last month with prices starting at $1.2 million, Hoodline previously reported. Augusta Row, the Furman Group's earlier sellout nearby, had offered floor plans such as a three-bedroom Vardry Plan townhome with a two-car attached garage, according to a listing on patrickfurman.com.
