AHF says its Upland Healthcare Center has moved to a newer facility on San Bernardino Road. The organization says the site brings medical care, case management, pharmacy services, and HIV and STD testing together for Inland Empire residents regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.

AHF’s announcement, republished by Yahoo Finance, describes the site as a “newer state-of-the-art facility.” AHF’s relocation notice also lists the San Bernardino Road address, though the two sources give slightly different ZIP codes.

AHF’s announcement lists medical care, case management, pharmacy services, and HIV and STD testing and prevention among the services available at the site. The organization describes its patient-centered model as eliminating traditional waiting rooms, an approach it says allows for “utmost discretion and one-to-one care.”

Hours, Access, and Who Can Walk In

According to AHF’s release, the Upland site is scheduled to be open Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. AHF says services will be available regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.

Other HIV care and testing options

For residents looking for other local services, the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health says it provides HIV prevention, care and treatment directly and through community-based agencies. The county’s Ryan White Program requires proof of HIV status, at least 30 consecutive days of residence in Riverside or San Bernardino County, and financial eligibility. Separately from AHF’s stated access policy, the county says its Ryan White Part C-funded HIV medical care is intended for uninsured clients who do not qualify for other medical resources; the county clinic does not accept private insurance. The CDC’s National Prevention Information Network lists the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health in San Bernardino as offering free HIV tests and self-tests.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony for the center was scheduled for Thursday from 10 a.m. to noon. The event is part of AHF’s broader push to expand its footprint in the Inland Empire, where the organization says the need for accessible HIV care remains significant.

AHF’s own relocation page for the Upland office separately noted that the organization’s official move date to the new location was April 20, 2026, and directed people with questions or trouble finding the new site to call the office at 909-579-0708.

Why Upland, and Why Now

To explain the regional need, AHF’s release cited approximately 16,731 people living with HIV across Riverside and San Bernardino counties and 573 new HIV diagnoses reported in the region by the end of 2024.

AHF’s release also said people ages 25 to 34 accounted for the most new HIV diagnoses reported in the Inland Empire. The organization cited the figures as part of its case for expanding access to testing and treatment through the Upland center.

AHF’s relocation information lists April 20, 2026, as the official move date.
