An 11-year-old girl reported missing in Zephyrhills on Sunday afternoon was later found, the Zephyrhills Police Department said in a Facebook update. Police had said Arianna Jones was last seen near C Avenue and 16th Street at about 3:16 p.m. The department’s update, posted that night, confirmed she had been located.
The department had asked the public to help find Jones and described what she was wearing: a blue jacket with a Gators logo, black shorts and red dress shoes. Its update did not say where or when she was found, or provide other circumstances.
A separate Pasco County case
In another Pasco County case, a teenager last seen in the Springland Drive area of Holiday around 11 p.m. on April 10, 2025, was found a few hours after the sheriff’s office issued a missing alert, WFLA reported April 11. That case also involved a missing-person alert followed by a recovery, but it was a separate incident and does not establish a wider trend. Police have not shared further details about Jones’s recovery in the update.
