San Jose will see sunny skies and highs in the upper 80s before temperatures climb into the mid-90s this weekend. Dry conditions are also raising fire-weather concerns in nearby hills.

Las Vegas could reach 113 degrees Wednesday as an Extreme Heat Warning remains in effect through Saturday. Overnight temperatures will offer little relief.
