A 41-year-old man is being held after deputies say arguments at a Clermont home escalated to a reported shotgun threat and a thrown handgun that struck the victim.

A woman was found shot to death along the San Antonio River at Helton Nature Park in Wilson County. Investigators say there is no threat to the public.

CBP's San Diego Field Office says officers seized more than 130 pounds of suspected meth and that federal prosecution is underway.
