Breaking: On the Corner Abruptly Closes

Sad, shocking news, friends. On the Corner, perhaps our favorite coffeeshop in the neighborhood, has abruptly closed.

A sign on the door reads:

I will miss all of you who have made the past two years of my life so enjoyable and so fulfilling. If you are interested in staying in touch and/or finding out where to get our home-made goodies (chai, banana bread, cookies etc.) in the near future, please email at [email protected] I hope to hear from you and look forward to seeing you all soon around the neighborhood. -Rich

We know that On The Corner was waiting to get its liquor license reapproved, but otherwise have no idea what might have caused the sudden closure. We'll keep you posted as details unfold.
