It's Official: Ragazza Opens TonightNick Vasilopoulos
It came down to the wire, but Ragazza officially passed its final inspection around 2:30pm this afternoon, and is all set to open its doors to the public at 5pm tonight.

The new restaurant at 311 Divisadero has been garnering a ton of buzz this week in anticipation of the launch. Since our visit on Saturday, they've hosted a neighborhood party and two test dinners, which have netted them 5-star reviews on Yelp and lots of pre-opening press. Tonight (and every night), Ragazza won't be accepting reservations. Instead, if the demand for tables exceeds the supply (as is likely to happen tonight), seatings will probably be staggered. Guests will be encouraged to visit any number of nearby destinations while they wait -- a cocktail at The Page, coffee at Cafe Divis, or shopping at The Other Shop, Black Nose, Cookin', Swankety Swank, Comix Experience, or Gamescape. Basically, you may have to be a little patient waiting for a table, but you'll have plenty of options to keep you entertained. So, gang, who else is excited about this? Anybody planning on going tonight? Let's hear it!
