Mark your calendar, then mark it again -- dates for the upcoming Divisadero and Lower Haight December Art Walks have been announced, and this year they're back-to-back.
First, on Thursday December 8th, it's the Divisadero Winter Art Walk. Details on this one are still under wraps, but traditionally the event involves art shows, live music, and discounts along Divis all the way from Haight to Geary. Then, the very next night (December 9th), it's the Lower Haight's turn, with the annual Lower Haight Holiday Art Walk. Again, details are still in the works, but last year's event featured plenty of art openings, rooftop music, a scavenger hunt, a window decorating contest, and loads of discounts. So, expect somethin' similar. We'll post more details on both events when we get them. For now, we're just focused on getting through Thanksgiving.
