We reported the month before last that a hearing was being held for approval of 88 living units and a ground level retail space at the old 76 station at Market and 15th (2175 Market Street). While final approval has not been given on the project, the 76 station has been shuttered and is in the process of being dismantled.
Strada Investments and Forest City Enterprises have been working together in conjunction with Van Meter Williams Pollack, LLP to design the project and get it approved by the Planning Commission.
