We reached out to Marc and Veronica, the owners of Sparrow Bar and Kitchen. They told us their welcome affair for investors went well, and that they can't wait to see their neighbors come together and "celebrate the great things this earth has to offer." In the way of beer, they hope to have 12 taps with local craft beer. The wine will be a mix of local varietals and varietals from outside the US. As for food, the chef they've got is Chef Ola Fendert, of Oola's in SoMa. They've promised to give us a peek at the menu when it's closer to being finalized. They also told us they're hoping to put a grill out on the back patio for burgers, grilled oysters, and the like. We saw them out earlier today replacing the glass in the front panels. We'll have pictures of the interior soon, so stay tuned.
