HAIA Meeting Wednesday at Urban School
Last week, we learned a lot about each other when we here at Uppercasing started covering issues relating to the homeless population in the neighborhood. You feel strongly. You want your voice heard. Well, now's your chance to take your opinions off the internet and into the streets.

Tomorrow, Wednesday the 20th at 6:30 p.m., Supervisor London Breed and Park Station Captain Greg Corrales will join HAIA for their regular members meeting at Urban School at 1563 Page Street (between Ashbury and Masonic). This is the first time Supervisor London Breed has come to interact with the neighborhood since her campaign, so she'll be looking to hear from you about the issues that impact your life. Considering the comments on our post about the Homeless Bill of Rights, we feel like we can safely assume that the street population will be high on your list. As for Captain Greg Corrales, you might remember a plan from earlier this year to step up the beat cop presence on the street. You can let him know if you think it's working. Again, 6:30, Urban School, and if you want to join HAIA, it'll be $25.
