Grattan School, in Cole Valley, is looking to connect with the community to raise funds for the PTA.
The PTA at Grattan Elementary helps fund extra teachers, "educational specialists", and other school programs that the state education budget doesn't cover. To raise money, Grattan has an annual events that serve to connect the PTA with the community. For instance, you may have seen their bake sale at Cole Valley Street Fair in the past. (Don't worry: they will be there again this year.) The big event this year is their fall raffle, which will be held on Saturday, October 19th, at their film festival. Right now, they're looking for donations for the raffle, as well as restaurants in the neighborhood who would be willing to donate food that they can sell during the film festival to raise money. In exchange, they offer a shout out, your logo on screen during the festival, and a big enormous thank you.
