If you've got ideas for changes to Castro Muni lines, here's your chance. The SFMTA is seeking the public's feedback on all Muni lines running throughout the city as part of their Transit Effectiveness Program (TEP). TEP's focus is to "improve service reliability, reduce travel time on transit, and improve customer experiences and service efficiency." Some may remember (to some hemming and hawing) the repainting of Church Street red in the center lanes between 16th and Duboce last year to keep cars out of Muni lanes. That was also part of TEP and, according to Muni as reported by SF Streets Blog, the pilot has lead to an increase in speed for the J and the 22 through that corridor. The SFMTA will be discussing and gathering feedback on how to improve each Muni line at public meetings held throughout the city. The first meeting was held on February 12th in the Richmond to discuss the 2, 28, 28L, and 38L lines. The SFMTA will be holding a meeting here in the Castro over at the LGBT Center (1800 Market Street) to discuss the 35 line (which passes through the Castro) and the 48 line. The SFMTA has setup a website at www.TellMuni.com that allows the general public to provide feedback on any Muni line. The SFMTA is looking for the public's feedback on just about anything related to the way Muni operates including Muni travel time, reliability, stop location, route path, hours, safety, etc. Here is a list of proposed changes to lines running through the Castro as part of TEP:

- J - (14,767) - increase frequency, travel time reduction proposal (TTRP - Muni only lanes, etc.)
- KT - (33,752)- increase in frequency
- L - (28,816) - increase in frequency, TTRP
- M - (26,920) - increase in frequency
- N - (41,439) - increase in frequency, TTRP
- 22 - (16,818) - route realignment, TTRP
- 24 - (11,374) - increase frequency
- 33 - (6,233) - route realignment
- 35 - (892) - route realignment, increase in frequency
- 37 - (2,109) - route realignment, increase in frequency
