Today's leftover roundup proves that Divisadero is rapidly becoming a corridor for the food-obsessed. Our local restaurants are getting called out by publications all over the city, and justly so. Here's the latest local gastronomy news:

  • Ryan Farr from 4505 Meats has released his Sausage Making cookbook for any of you meat lovers out there. The official release party will be held on July 25th at Bloodhound in SoMa. You can find tickets here
  • Did you read our definitive guide to smoothies on Divisadero? Try them all and let us know your favorite.
  • Monday pizza nights at The Mill continue, and they aren't afraid to push the envelope. Radish, snap peas, and salsa verde toppings? Somehow it works.
  • Wine Kitchen has released a few new items to their menu, such as corn and burrata-stuffed fried zucchini blossoms with pickled pepper salsa, and a new Sangiovese that hails from Corsica.
  • Three Divisadero burgers were called out in SFist's roundup of the "13 Best Burgers in San Francisco," with 4505 Burgers & BBQ, NOPA and Wes Burger all making the cut.
  • Finally, Barrel Head Brewhouse is boasting that they're open for every World Cup Game, so if you've been looking for somewhere local and family-friendly with food and beer, head on over to cheer for your favorite teams.
Happy eating, Hoodline readers!
