Starting today, Ziryab will be offering its summer cocktails for $7. The brainchildren of bartenders Zach Taylor and Jager Stewart, the five summery libations will be available for the bargain price through Thursday.

We stopped by to take a look-see at what they've whipped up for the coming months.

Peaches and Poppy
This scotch-based drink gets its namesake from the peach puree and Grand Poppy liqueur used to make it. The puree is made from scratch in-house from cooked peaches and brown sugar. It’s served up using Glenlivet 12-year and a splash of lemon juice.

The House Cup
Ziryab’s take on the Pimm’s Cup, this one's made using their house-brewed draft ginger beer and a gin-sweet vermouth infusion with cucumber, thyme, wild-foraged fennel and orange peel. Also inside is a blackberry syrup (made in-house) and Amaro Meletti. Served on the rocks with fennel shavings, it’s a refreshing twist on a classic daytime cocktail.

The Divisaderian
Up next is Jager Stewart’s first creation for Ziryab. It’s his take on a Boulevardier, which is essentially a whiskey Negroni. Served with a single large ice cube, it contains high-proof Booker’s, Amaro Fratelli Ramazzotti, extra dry vermouth, and Campari.

Morrocan Mint Pisco Sour
Consistent with their Mediterranean spirit, Ziryab’s Pisco Sour is jazzed up with a housemade green tea and mint syrup. Otherwise, it’s a traditional Pisco Sour made with pisco, lime, and egg whites. This one comes topped with a “Z" written in Angstura bitters.

Lucky Buck
Not unlike The House Cup, The Lucky Buck is a refreshing, summery drink served on the rocks. It’s made with hibiscus syrup that they concoct from brewing dried hibiscus flowers and adding sugar. Made with silver tequila, it still packs a punch but is balanced by a bit of ginger beer and lemon juice.

Intrigued? Stop by and try them for yourself. They’re open at 12pm every day while the World Cup is on, and have TVs both inside and on their front patio.
