Outfit On 18th Street Closing Up ShopPhoto: Outfit Facebook page
Ryan Hill, owner of several Castro retail clothing shops, is closing his Outfit location on 18th Street and consolidating to his new "Knobs" storefront at 432 Castro St., which opened up in June.
The shop shared the news on Facebook that the 18th Street location would be closed by month's end and is currently hosting a sale to clear out inventory. The Outfit at 463 Castro St. will remain.

Back in April, Hill told us to expect a new type of format with the Knobs location, complete with drag queen shop hosts and underwear models strutting the store's runway. He also mentioned that Knobs would have a greater focus on local designers and that the shop's staff would assist in curating the store's apparel selection.

If you want to snag a deal on Outfit's selection of jeans, jackets, underwear and more,  head on over to take advantage of the store's sale, which has everything 50-60 percent off the original retail price.

As far as what might be coming to the space after Outfit vacates, the property has not yet appeared in any commercial real estate listings, but we'll keep our eye on it and keep you posted.
