D&D Game: Hoard of the Dragon Queen
Dust off your polyhedral dice: as of Saturday afternoon, there are 5 seats left in the Hoard of the Dragon Queen continues Dungeons & Dragons game tomorrow in Cole Valley from 10am to 1pm.
Organizer Japji K, a gamer with more than 25 years of experience, says his group is “looking for friendly gamers to join us on Sunday for another 3-4 hour run. Little to no experience in 5E is fine, though we'd prefer some experience with D&D, Pathfinder, etc.”

Quilling Workshop, Sharon Art Studio
In quilling, artists use rolled strips of paper to create 3D decorative designs. Tomorrow’s workshop at Sharon Art Studio will teach students how to use “newspapers, magazines and advertising inserts” to transform “everyday recycled materials into something new and fabulous.”
As of Saturday afternoon, there are 11 spots open. The class fee is $40 for Sharon Art members and $50 for non-members. Led by instructor Deborah Wu, the workshop is from 1pm to 4pm in the Jewelry Studio Room at Sharon Art Studio, 300 Bowling Green Dr.

Finally, through April 30th, the Helen Crocker Russell Library is hosting a photo exhibition by joSon, an artist born in the Philippines who trained as a Buddhist monk in Vietnam. According to Frank Almeda, Curator of Botany, California Academy of Sciences, “joSon’s exquisite photos capture the beauty of flower shapes, curves, colors, and angles in extraordinary ways.” The Library is open from 10am to 4pm, and is closed Tuesdays.
