Frameline, the largest LGBT film festival in the world, was working on a new promotional trailer this weekend in the Castro.

Cast member Peaches Christ (Joshua Grannell) told us he wrote the "Wizard of Frameline in an email" as a joke to describe the theme, but didn't explain more. 

So we took the photo above.

During Sunday’s wrap on 19th Street,  you can see Peaches, who is the director, writer and co-star Dorothy (center), awaiting his shot with Raya Light (The Tin Woodman), a software developer, and Mahlae Balenciaga (Scarecrow), a nightlife diva. Brian Benson is the producer.

The film festival is coming to Castro Theatre and other nearby venues this June 18th to 28th. Look for more details soon. In the meantime, trailer filming continues tomorrow 7am through 2pm if you want to check it out for yourself.
