In today's leftovers, we've got some outrageous ice cream flavors, art exhibits, brewery news and more.

First up, roughly eight months after Out of the Closet closed, the retail space at Church and Duboce is now available:

A new listing describes the 7,400-square-foot corner property as "centrally located" with "high ceilings" and "abundant, natural lighting." The lease price is negotiable, with "all uses considered, non-profits more than welcome."

In what has become an annual tradition, Three Twins Ice Cream (254 Fillmore St.) will be bringing back some special — and specially named — flavors in celebration of Pride next weekend. Those include "Bear Bait" (honey ice cream with peanut butter cups), "Matcha Matcha Man" (green tea), and "Laverne Cox's Chocolate Orange Is The New Black," the last of which got the attention of Time Magazine this week. The flavor lineup will be available at the shop next Friday-Sunday, June 26th-28th, from 11am-10pm.

The Chronicle's Inside Scoop blog had a preview this week of Black Sands, as the brewery at 701 Haight St. approaches a "late summer" opening. While details are still very much in development, some possible menu items include beers infused with coffee and tea, small plates like steamed buns and chicken wings, and a cocktail program from a Dalva/Hideout alum.

Also in the news: Stone Bowl. The new Korean restaurant at 509 Haight St. won praise from the SF Weekly's Eric Burkett, who raved about its potstickers and army stew. He was somewhat less thrilled about its ambience and price point.

Now, for your weekend calendar...

Tonight, head down to Cafe Du Soleil (200 Fillmore St.) for some live music by Lisa Gonick and The Damfino Players. Listen to the sweet sounds of ukulele and guitar as they sing "lovely music of a bygone era," including swing, blues, jazz, and "novelty tunes." The set is scheduled for 6:30-9pm.

For more photo action, swing by the Harvey Milk Photo Center (50 Scott St.) tomorrow from 5-10pm for the opening reception of "Don't Dream It — Be It!", a photo exhibit celebrating drag, theatre, music, and love of life. We told you all about it yesterday, so it should come as no surprise.

If you haven't checked out "This Is Not a Poster," the latest show at Fifty24SF (218 Fillmore St.), now's your last chance. The poster exhibit from Brazilian artists Bicicleta Sem Freio closes on Sunday, so stop by the gallery between noon and 6pm before it's gone for good.

Finally, Sunset Tunnel construction work is canceled this weekend, because the U.S. Conference of Mayors is in town. Maybe Hillary wants to ride the N-Judah to Ocean Beach? Your guess is as good as ours.
