As SF Weekly reports, a new study from UC Berkeley and nonprofit research group Next 10 found that Muni and BART are the best public transit systems in the state based on ridership, access to amenities, and walkability. What's more, local commuters may be surprised to learn that our very own Church & Market station was ranked the best Muni station (A+!) and "overall best" station across all systems based on the three criteria. (Civic Center/UN Plaza was found to be the highest-ranking BART station.)
