Got an event you want the neighborhood to know about? To be included in our next Castro weekly roundup, please fill out the form at this link by next Tuesday evening.

With Thanksgiving just around the corner, you may have missed a few of the stories we covered this week. Here's a little summary to catch you up.

Things seem to have calmed down a bit in crime news since our last roundup, but there was still plenty to report, including two robberies and a road rage incident.

The permanent JCDecaux toilet along Market St., near the Chevron gas station, doesn't appear to be targeted in the city's proposed expansion of the SF Pit Stop program, which pays attendants to guard and clean the commodes.

2013 SF Pride shooting victim Trevor Gardner sued the event for $10 million after jury selection for his case was mishandled; he and Pride have now reached an undisclosed settlement. It remains to be seen if new security measures, like metal detectors at entrances, will be added at next year's event.

The Randall Museum, which has been closed since June, held its groundbreaking ceremony this week. The renovated museum is expected to reopen by 2017.

In a unanimous vote this week, the SFMTA board of directors made the use of MUNI stops by commuter shuttle buses permanent, so you'll likely be seeing them around the neighborhood for the indefinite future.

The SFMTA also held a 'Curb Management Workshop' last night, discussing how to curtail unsafe double-parking on upper Market. Designated Lyft/Uber drop-off areas, bicycle parking and dynamically priced parking meters were among the suggestions.

Finally, if you're looking to get an early start on your holiday shopping, Ruby's Clay Studio & Gallery, which has been in the Castro since 1968, is hosting a holiday sale from now through January 5th, selling work by 25 local artists.

Now, onto the weekend and the coming week. Here's what's in store:
