All cable cars will be still today from 9:30am to 12:30pm so operators can honor their fallen colleague, Rey Morante, who died earlier this month after being hit by a motorcycle in a June collision.
Also, numerous Muni light rail and bus lines will be affected due to the Walk for Life march on Market Street, which will close the road from 1-3:30pm from 10th to Fremont streets. The march itself starts at 1:30pm and will end around 2:50pm, but transit could be affected from noon–5pm; read SFMTA's service alert to see if your route will change.
