Impact Hub Oakland, founded by a mix of entrepreneurs and social visionaries, is a member-based coworking space and community in Oakland, and part of an international network of Impact Hubs. It was founded two years ago in one of the many warehouse buildings that used to be part of the auto industry. The coworking space is also one of seven establishments that forms the HIVE.
As Oakland continues to change rapidly, a community and work space like the HUB is helping to play a key role in bringing people of diverse backgrounds together in a safe space and create positive impact.
