I was hungry and looking for a some good pizza in the Castro. I found it at Oz Pizza, as well as Jonny, the friendly guy behind the counter. We got to talking a bit about what is going on in his life right now:
Jonny: Right now, I am going to community college and working at this pizza shop to pay for everything I have to pay for. My major is going to be zoology.
Me: What inspired you to study zoology?
Jonny: Um, I grew up at the zoo. My mother was a docent there growing up, and I was home-schooled, so I was at the SF zoo maybe 3 times a week.
Me: Favorite animal?
Jonny: Favorite ice cream? Favorite song? There's so many, I could never pick one. I do love sea creatures a lot, and I might get into that. But until that, man, I don't know, just whatever I can do.
