The Union Square store of Italian leather-goods maker Salvatore Ferragamo was hit by thieves last night, who made off with more than $10,000 in merchandise. According to the SFPD, a group of several men and women left the store without paying, and when an employee tried to stop them, they "used force" to get away with the items.
