Just before 3pm, police put out a warning of a gas leak at Haight and Steiner streets, advising people to avoid the area.

However, we just dropped by the intersection and the leak has been addressed, with police once again letting traffic through.
Gas leaks became an all-too-common occurrence on Haight Street during last year's infrastructure project, which caused no fewer than five of them. However, there haven't been any issues since the subcontractor behind the project was fired and replaced in January.
We'll have more details on today's leak as we receive them.
