Tomorrow night, stop on by The Edge for Monster Show's 12th anniversary celebration. The longest running drag show in the Castro was started by drag star Cookie Dough, who passed away in 2015, and husband DJ MC2. This is a party you won't want to miss.
Then, spend your Friday night at the Castro Theatre with a double dose of '80s nostalgia. First up is Richard Donner's "The Goonies," followed by Joel Schumacher's "The Lost Boys."
Not able to catch "The Goonies" on Friday night? You're in luck: Saturday night in Dolores Park, Film Night in the Park will also be showing the film. So grab your blanket and dress in warm layers for what's sure to be a fun night. The film starts at dusk.
Wind down your Sunday evening at Strut for the first-ever Shut Up and Draw event. This completely silent event provides a quiet space for those looking to be creative, doodle, sketch and be amongst fellow queers. It's hosted by artist Nathan Rapport, and there will be a Q&A after the event.
