The SFPD is on the scene at Mission and Fremont streets where a suspicious package was reported this morning.
SFPD Public Information Officer Giselle Talkoff says the initial call came in just before 8am. As the bomb squad investigates, a four-block radius has been closed to traffic—per the department's typical procedure.

Update, 10:05am: The San Francisco Department of Emergency Management reports that the scene has been cleared and streets have reopened, although commuters are still experiencing traffic delays.
The incident in the area of Mission St and Fremont St has been resolved. Expect residual traffic delays in the area.
