If you've got kids in tow or are looking to indulge in some cheesy goodness, a recent opening is need-to-know. The new addition to Ukrainian Village, called Joey G's Mac & Cheese, is located at 2351 W Augusta (between Oakley Blvd & Western Ave).
Opened in early June, it offers an extensive menu of macaroni and cheese options, including such "signature macs" as baked potato, cheeseburger, pulled pork, taco, buffalo chicken and more, all served in small, medium, large or "family" size portions. If you're looking to get even more creative, check out the mac n' cheese sandwich melts served on garlic bread. And for a side of sweetness, Joey G's also offers an array of ice cream flavors.
With just one review on Yelp thus far, Joey G's Mac & Cheese is currently carrying a five-star rating.
Eric C., who was the first Yelper to review the new spot on June 10th, said: "We were pleasantly surprised with the variety of options. The staff was very helpful with ideas and portion sizes. Very clean inside. My children we happy to find the ice cream station."
