A new burger spot with salads and gluten-free options has opened in the Oakland Hills. Pattys & Buns Burgers, the fresh addition to Montclair Village, is located at 2852 Mountain Blvd.

A Classic burger starts at $8.99; add-ons like avocado or a fried egg are $1 each. Besides traditional fries, customers can also choose from sweet potato, garlic, or cilantro-garlic. Organic milkshakes and ice-cream floats made with natural sodas are also available.

The new addition has proven popular thus far, with a five-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp.

Melly B., one of the first Yelpers to review the new spot on August 25th, said: "If you are looking for gourmet burgers for great prices, definitely check this place out. A great lunch spot with delicious burgers that don't make you feel stuffed afterwards."

Yelper Sophia G. added: “Definitely a new jewel for the neighborhood!!! Very fresh ingredients!! I love the unique buns and they have garlic fries! We had the Broadway Burger. The top of the bun reminded me of on onion.”

And Julia Shel W. said: "Just opened today so they had the whole team working. Happy to say the service was good, friendly greeting. "
