Hungry? A new neighborhood Latin American spot has you covered. Called Cubano, the new addition is located at 176 N Wells St. in the Loop.

This new spot serves Cuban-style and Latin street fare, with sandwiches, salads, and bowls on offer.

On the menu, expect to see sandwiches like the "Old Havana" with pork, ham, pickles, and Swiss cheese; the "Ropa Vieja" with shredded beef, plantains and black beans; and the vegetariano with mushrooms, roasted peppers in a chimichurri sauce.

For salads and bowls, look for items like a "Cubano Cobb" with mustard vinaigrette, the "Chica Verde" with kale and plantains, and the Cubano bowl with rice, beans, plantains and a choice of meat. (You can check out the full menu here.)

With a three-star rating out of 14 reviews on Yelp so far, Cubano has received mixed feedback—but it's still early days.

Megan R., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on October 11th, said: "They don't offer a lot of traditional Cuban dishes—they have sandwiches and Chipotle-style 'bowls' you can get with rice, beans, and your choice of protein. The Ropa Vieja is my fave meal."

And Phil P. said: "New spot. Been waiting on this one..didn't disappoint! Breakfast sandwich was phenomenal. Smoked bacon and eggs."

Cubano is now open at 176 N Wells St., so head on over to check it out.
