A new spot to score beer, wine and spirits has opened for business in the neighborhood. The new addition to Fenway, called Shippy's Warehouse, is located at 842 Beacon St. (between Miner St & Arundel St).
The new spot, which debuted in late September, carries a wide selection of craft beers, wines and spirits from around the world, and plans to host community events and tastings. Thus far, there've been Friday evening tastings of wine and prosecco, with a tequila tasting coming up this Friday, Oct. 13th for those looking to drown their superstitions.
With just one review on Yelp thus far, Shippy's Warehouse currently has a five-star rating.
Nick T., who was the first Yelper to review the new spot on September 26th, said: "Great selection and better prices and better customer service than The Wine Press down the street. 5 stars."
