Take a craft beer walking tour

Get to know the craft beer scene in San Francisco with an action-packed day with SF on Tap. The 3.5-hour expedition includes a guided tour of SoMa, the Haight or North Beach, a mini tour of a brewing facility, a visit to three different taprooms and/or breweries, tons of beer and some light refreshments along the way.
A craft beer walking tour for one is normally $79 and a tour for two is $158, but Groupon is currently offering these deals for $61.50 and $123, respectively. Tours are available between Tuesday and Sunday, so check the company's website for more details.
Wine Therapy on the water

Get a group together and climb aboard "Wine Therapy," a cruise ship with an onboard tasting room that embarks from Pier 39 and makes its way around the bay. For two hours, you'll get to take in breathtaking views of the city while tasting four glasses of white and/or red wine.
The daytime trip, which departs at 12:30pm and offers seatings inside the boat and on the outdoor covered deck, is currently being offered for $75. There's nothing available this Thanksgiving weekend, but you can sign up for the December 2nd, 9th or 16th excursions on the website.
Test your beer knowledge

Grab a few friends and sign up with Puzzle by the Glass to learn more about the craft beer and bar scene in the Mission. During the scavenger hunt, participants will be guided to four to five different bars, where they'll have to properly answer the list of questions and/or riddles put in front of them.
The event, which doesn't include drinks and lasts anywhere between two to four hours, is normally $49.99, but Groupon is offering the package for $26.
Tour the San Francisco Mead Company

If you are looking for a new weekend activity, make your way over to Bayview to check out The San Francisco Mead Company (1180 Shafter Ave.). For those that are unfamiliar with the spirit or venue, it's an "urban production facility that breathes new life into mead, the oldest fermented alcoholic spirit."
Groupon is currently offering a package for two people, which includes a tour led by owner and meadmaker Oron Benary, a tasting of all the meads available and two to three that are currently being processed, and two souvenir glasses for $30 (originally $40). In addition, a tasting tour for four people, normally $80, is available for $51.
Play a round of bocce ball with friends

Grab a few friends and head to Sol Rouge Winery (29 Avenue G.) on Treasure Island for an afternoon of wine and bocce. According to the business, it focuses on "producing wines from the grape varietals of Southern France's Rhone and Bordeaux regions."
The winery is offering a Sunday package for four people, which includes a tasting, an hour-long game of bocce ball and $20 in bottle bucks for $71.50 (normally $120). Additionally, packages for a group of eight or 12 on a Sunday, which includes two hours of bocce, is currently on sale for $130 and $171 each, respectively.
