Police have taken a man into custody after he allegedly stabbed a 65-year-old woman to death in the Oceanview district late Friday night.

Police from Taraval station were dispatched to a residence on the 300 block of Randolph Street around 10:30pm and found the victim, who had succumbed to fatal wounds inflicted with a knife.

A 32-year-old male suspect was arrested at the scene, but police did not release any other information in the case.
