Two armed intruders injured two people during a home invasion robbery last night in the Oceanview district.

The incident occurred at 11:37pm when two men between 18 and 21 years old broke into an apartment on the 200 block of Farallones Street between Capitol and Orizaba avenues.

Once inside, the robbers held three occupants aged 18, 21 and 20 at gunpoint while they ransacked the apartment. The two older occupants were pistol-whipped before the suspects fled in an unknown vehicle with the victims' wallets, cell phones, shoes and a safe.

The victims who were assaulted suffered non-life-threatening injuries and refused transport to a hospital.
