City Press Juice & Bottle
1942 W. Montrose Ave. (between Wolcott Ave. & Winchester Ave.)

After opening in Lakeview and Wicker Park, local juice bar City Press Juice & Bottle has debuted a location in Lincoln Square. It offers organic cold-pressed juices, cleanse packages and a rotating selection of house-made raw foods.
On the extensive menu, look for a "Bloody Merry" with beets, carrots and burdock root; the "Incan Warrior" with raw cacao, chia seeds and house-made almond milk; and goji bowls with young Thai coconut meat and bananas.
With a 3.5-star rating out of five reviews on Yelp, City Press Juice & Bottle is still finding its way, but it's early days.
Yelper Emily R. wrote, "This shop is similar to their Lakeview location. The juices are fresh, tasty, and healthy. I love the glass bottles—I reuse them for iced tea."
Matt L. noted, "This place is a hidden gem! I was offered multiple samples of juices, the baristas were super knowledgeable on all the ingredients in them and what would be most beneficial for me."
City Press Juice & Bottle is open weekdays from 8am–7pm, Saturday from 9am–5pm, and Sunday from 10am–5pm.
Nick's Pizza & Pub
2434 W. Montrose Ave. (between Campbell Ave & Artesian Ave.)

A mainstay of the Chicago suburbs, Nick's Pizza & Pub has opened its first city location in Lincoln Square. Located in the former Grand Tour space, the pizzeria specializes in thin crust and "double decker" pies.
For non-pizza items, diners can also opt for burgers and salads. (Take a look at the full menu here.)
With a four-star Yelp rating out of 71 reviews on Yelp, Nick's Pizza & Pub has been getting positive attention.
Yelper Sandy O., who reviewed Nick's Pizza & Pub on January 27th, wrote, "We love Nick's. Super fun. Staff are great. They really appreciate people coming in. We started with the awesome onion which was perfect. Crispy and not at all oily. We all loved it."
Janice M. said, "People with peanut allergies are forewarned: every table has a complimentary basket of peanuts, and patrons are encouraged to leave peanut shells off the table and unto the floor."
Nick's Pizza & Pub is open Friday and Saturday from 11am–midnight, and Sunday–Thursday from 11am–10pm.
Wolcott Tap
1834 W. Montrose Ave. (between Wolcott Ave. & Winchester Ave.)

Wolcott Tap is the most recent business to make its way to the Wolcott and Montrose space (a spot that DNAinfo dubbed a "cursed corner") that previously housed Troquet and Walcott's Bar & Grill.
For drinks, Wolcott Tap offers more than a dozen brews on draught, as well as a selection of ciders, wine and signature cocktails.
To pair with their drinks, customers can opt for a selection of burgers and open-faced sandwiches, as well as sides like tater tots and fries. Look for a "Flat Top Burger" with cheddar and American cheeses, a truffle grilled cheese sandwich and an open-faced Cubano with carnitas, ham and Swiss cheese.
Wolcott Tap currently holds five stars out of 10 reviews on Yelp, indicating good reviews—and perhaps breaking the curse.
Yelper Rachel P., who reviewed Wolcott Tap on March 26th, wrote, "Great place! We came at the tail end of a happy hour and the place was full. Lively, and good music playing. It's first-come, first-serve for tables."
And Chester M. wrote, "Great food, drinks, music and incredibly friendly service. Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, this corner spot emerges full of life! We've been here three nights in a row for dinner."
Wolcott Tap is open Monday–Wednesday from 4pm–12:30am, Thursday from 4pm–2am, Friday from 11am–2am, Saturday from 11am–3am, and Sunday from 11am–12:30am.
