A collision occurred yesterday evening in SoMa when a pedestrian and a vehicle made contact in the intersection at 5th and Harrison streets.

The incident took place at approximately 6:55pm when a driver hit a 25-year-old woman who was "walking in the roadway," according to police. The victim was transported to a hospital, where she was treated for life-threatening injuries.
