Helmed by chef Charlie Kim, who has 30 years of experience in the culinary industry, the new eatery's motto is "Eat good, look good, feel good."
Serving traditional sushi rolls alongside sushi burritos, salads and bowls, the quick-service Poke Sushi Roll offers build-your-own options: choose a protein, mix-ins, sauce and toppings over lettuce or rice or wrapped in soybean paper. With a 4.5-star rating out of five reviews on Yelp so far, the newcomer seems to be a welcome addition to the neighborhood.
