Pizza fans, take heed: there's a new place in town to get your fix. Located at 1566 N. Damen Ave. (between N. Milwaukee and W. North avenues) in Wicker Park, the newcomer is the second Chicago outpost of Roman-style pizzeria Bonci.

The Wicker Park location is more spacious and less crowded than the original West Loop location, Eater reports.

Bonci is the brainchild of acclaimed pizza maker Gabriele Bonci, who offers an eclectic range of pizza toppings. Diners can find anchovy, sausage and arugula or ricotta, lemon peel and cucumber, paired with a light and airy Roman-style crust.

Bonci has garnered uniform praise thus far, with a five-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp.

Liz T., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on April 23, said, "I love this place. The Roman-style crust is absolutely amazing. Perfect amount of crisp, with fresh and whole ingredients that make pizza feel good. ... Tip: The Ragu risotto ball is divine!"

Yelper Sarah L. added, “They are extremely friendly and explain the process of ordering to you. The crust is unlike anything else you will find: light and crispy. All the toppings I tried were delicious and fresh!”

Interested? Stop by to welcome the new business to the neighborhood. Bonci is open from 11 a.m-10 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday.
