Owners Tom Dynan and Scott Piland opened the first location in Lakewood in 2015, and it has already made Eater Dallas's best-of lists, with a second outpost in Southlake.
Menu standouts include the Unleavened (chicken salad, currants, golden raisins, celery, garden sprouts), the Deep South (Bourbon-glazed pulled pork, shaved kale, horseradish pickle) and the broccoli slaw. On the menu, look for options like a falafel sandwich, bean burritos, vegan taco salad and smoothies packed with superfoods such as kale, celery, spirulina and various proteins. Try the Moontower made with almond milk, banana, cacao powder, brown rice protein and dates; or the Morning Sunshine consisting of fresh pineapple, OJ, banana, mango, goji berry and local bee pollen.
