A new bistro-style restaurant called Pl8 Bistro recently made its debut at 2533 McKinney Ave in Uptown.
Its extensive menu includes casual but classy items like warm Brussel sprouts, grilled salmon, lasagna and more. Live music plays during Sunday brunch, and both a private patio and dining room are available for special events. (Look for the full menu here.) There's also an art collection to enjoy as you dine.
The new addition has proven popular thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of 11 reviews on Yelp.
Jessie C., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on April 20, said, "Great lunch experience for all four of us at this new restaurant. The restaurant has an upscale vibe yet feels cozy and welcoming, with a festive touch."
“Upon arriving, its evident how wonderfully this place was remodeled. The interior was very nice, but we opted for the patio because the weather was too good to pass up," addded Yelper, Victoria H.
Lybah N. said, " Pl8 Bistro is beautiful. The food is good, if the plating of each of the items were better I'd love it more. We ordered butter chicken which was very good but it tasted more like chicken curry than butter chicken. The lamb lollipops were delicious."
