Peachy Cup is a juice bar that recently opened at 56 E. Sixth St. in downtown St. Paul. This new offering serves up classic and signature smoothies and also has a build-your-own option.

Check out menu options like the Mango Beach classic smoothie with mango, beach, banana and orange juice; the Strawberry Butter berry smoothie complete with strawberry, banana, orange juice and apple juice; and the Apple Fresh green smoothie with pineapple, banana, apple, spinach and apple juice. Or opt for a custom creation by choosing a base, fruit and mix-ins.

Green & Grill Global Taste

Green & Grill Global Taste is a Southern and traditional American spot that recently opened at 467 St. Peter St. downtown.

The restaurant combines Greek fare with traditional Southern-style American grub. Expect menu options like gyro sandwiches, falafel and hummus, as well as jerk chicken, beef ribs and lamb chops. Cheeseburgers, tacos and Juicy Lucys are found on the sandwich menu. The full menu can be seen here. 

Sweet Science Ice Cream

Stroll past 1360 Lexington Parkway North in North End and you'll find Sweet Science Ice Cream, a spot to score ice cream, frozen yogurt and more.

This new offering crafts all of its ice cream bases, syrups, cookies, swirls and crunches with local ingredients by hand in its St. Paul kitchen. According to the business' website, Sweet Science combines its organic ingredients "in small batches, creating one-of-a-kind flavors." 

Expect flavors like Coffee Toffee, Rhubarb Cinnamon Almond, Honey Chamomile Ale, Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookie and more. See the full list here. 

Monkon Sushi

Now open at 394 University Ave. West in Midway is Monkon Sushi, a sushi bar that combines Japanese fare with signature and classic cocktails.
