Shredded is a new spot to score salads and more. Also located in Southie, it uses locally sourced ingredients to create healthy dishes. On the menu you'll find salads such as the Panko Crusted Tofu with quinoa, sesame seeds and baby arugula, and The Southie West with mesclun mix, chile-dusted grilled chicken and pico de gallo.

Noodle bowls include Sweet Potato Pad Thai, Zucchini Pesto with Shrimp and the Farm Fresh Bowl, which has egg noodles, roasted chicken, baby spinach, roasted tomato, shredded carrots and lemon-thyme vinaigrette. You can check out the entire menu here.

With a three-star rating out of 11 reviews on Yelp, Shredded is still finding its way, but it's early days.

Claudia P. noted, "Great addition to the neighborhood. Finally a place where you can get healthy food. A nice change to the greasy pizza and fried food on Broadway. I ordered the Power Bowl, huge portion, I couldn't even finish it.  Will definitely go back!"

Yelper Jo L. wrote, "The topping/fillings were not only sparse but lacked flavor.  The chicken tasted overcooked and the black beans tasted like they had just been pulled out of a can."

Shredded is open from 11 a.m.–10 p.m. on Monday-Saturday and 11 a.m.–9 p.m. on Sunday.
